1. Delivery Options & Times
At Nightstone Fragrances, we are committed to delivering your order with care and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Free Standard Delivery:
We currently offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK. We aim to deliver your order within 2–4 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. All our free deliveries are sent via a tracked service (Royal Mail or an equivalent courier) to provide proof of delivery.
Express Delivery:
For faster service or next working day delivery, we offer Express Delivery (£7.95). Orders must be placed before 1:30pm Monday–Friday to qualify for next working day dispatch. Please select the Express Delivery option during checkout. If this option is not selected, your order will be sent using our Free Standard Delivery service.
Responsibility for Goods:
Products remain our responsibility until they are delivered to the delivery address you provided at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Order Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed after 1:30pm on Friday or over the weekend will normally be processed on the next working day (Monday). Where possible, we may dispatch orders on Saturdays, but this cannot be guaranteed. Express Delivery orders placed after 1:30pm on Friday will normally be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather conditions or delays by Royal Mail or other third-party delivery providers. Nightstone Fragrances will always endeavour to meet the stated delivery timeframes where possible.
2. Dispatch & Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of your purchase (unless otherwise stated). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email containing tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary by service chosen and are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders cannot be delivered to multiple addresses in a single shipment.
5. What Happens If You’re Not Home
If you are not available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or take it to a local collection point based on their delivery policy. Please check the courier’s card or tracking update for details.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be sent a tracking number by email. You can use this to check your parcel’s progress online.

7. Delivery Issues & UK Consumer Rights
Under UK law, if no agreed delivery date is provided, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of purchase at the latest. If an agreed time or delivery date has been set and the delivery is missed, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate promptly.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Parcels Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us straight away. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, investigate the matter and either replace your items or offer a refund where appropriate. If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier following their investigation procedures, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
9. Other Important Information
- All deliveries are made by trusted carriers; delivery requires a valid UK address and contact number.
- Delivery service availability and times may be subject to change during busy periods or due to external factors such as public holidays.
- Specific postcode exclusions or restrictions may apply for certain delivery services – these will be shown at the checkout if relevant.
